William "Bill" Kinirons
Bill Kinirons began BMK Media in 2004 with a vision to create affordable IT services for everyone. Over the years he has grown his business to include not just residential services, but large and small businesses across South Florida. Today has assembled a team that manages over 200 clients providing friendly, professional, and affordable service. He prides himself on his ability to meet demand in a timely fashion and often exceeds expectation.
Mary Kinirons joined BMK Media in 2013. Since her introduction to the company she has taken it upon herself to examine the operations of the business and began finding ways to improve efficiency, customer service, and sustainability. She holds a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Mary manages all of the accounting for the company, spearheads community and networking initiatives to increase sales, along with web and graphic design duties. She has helped bring BMK Media towards a new level of service and has plans to continue this growth.
Director of Operations
Adam took on the new role of Director of Operations in July of 2020. He came to us with a diverse background of operations management, sales, process improvement, strategic planning and consulting. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management along with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Adam provides day-to-day leadership and management, as well as cultivating new client and vendor relationships.He is known for his leadership, professionalism, interpersonal communication, critical thinking, decision making and customer-centric approach.

Having taken on the roll of Office Manager in 2018, my duties include but are not limited to quoting, general office management tasks, internal projects and maintaining a positive customer experience. I love helping out wherever needed to get the job done. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, baking and drag racing.
Joshonda took her new role on of Administrative Assistant in February 2020. She came to us with several years of customer service experience, as well as several years of office experience. She is taking over many of the accounting aspects of the company,including invoicing, as well as assisting the CEO of the company with anything he needs assistance with. She hopes to provide any client who has an issue with invoicing or billing with the best customer service she can!
IT Service Manager
David joined the BMK Media team in February of 2016. He came with a background in base IT support and computer services. David is known for his professionalism and can do attitude. He assists with onsite and remote support.
Victor began working with BMK Media in June of 2017. He comes with a background in base break/fit support and graphic design. He has proven himself to be client conscious and situation aware allowing him to provide excellent onsite and remote support.
Jacob began working with BMK Media in 2018. He comes to us with a background in customer service and management. He has taken to IT support with great mastery. He is known for his prompt professional service with both onsite and remote support.
Antoni began working with BMK in February of 2020. He comes from a background of Sales and Financial Services. He has taken great pride in making sure his customers are smiling and satisfied before he leaves them, and provides top notch onsite and remote support.
Jorge began working with BMK Media in 2020. He comes to us with a background in customer service and IT serving the legal industry. . He is known for his prompt professional service with both onsite and remote support.
